Mobile social outreach

Not everyone manages to seek help – often due to a lack of knowledge or false expectations regarding what is available in times of need. However, it is a more crippling aspect that prevents reaching out; a feeling shame.

This is why our social workers go to the fami-lies and offer help in the most sensitive way. This non forceful intervention helps build trust and enables re-lationships between the care giver and those in need to develop in familiar surroundings.

This enables our professional staff to make a considered assessment and provide unique solutions for each case. Some of the issues families face involve questions on raising a healthy child, how best to educate them as well as administrative support in obtaining documents for fi-nancial or material support.
